The Preservation Fund has received the <br /> attached report by DCF Engineering and Todd Dickinson <br /> which addresses the restoration requirements and costs <br /> of this building, and wishes to convey these reports <br /> to the BOCC. In addition, representatives of the <br /> Preservation Fund will be present to discuss the <br /> prospects of restoring the building. At present, the <br /> building is being used by the county as storage. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Manager recommends that the Board receive the <br /> report as information. <br /> lawoff <br />
