' ATTACHMENT II <br /> 9 <br /> STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA <br /> COUNTY OF ORANGE LEASE AGREEMENT <br /> THIS LEASE AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of the 20th day of <br /> February, 1996, by and between DEVISEES OF ORVILLE B. CAMPBELL, <br /> hereinafter referred to as "Landlord, " and COUNTY OF ORANGE, <br /> NORTH CAROLINA, hereinafter referred to as "Tenant. " <br /> WITNESSBTH: <br /> THAT FOR and in consideration of the mutual covenants and <br /> conditions hereinafter set forth, the parties hereto do hereby <br /> agree as follows: <br /> 1. Premises. Landlord hereby leases to Tenant and Tenant <br /> hereby leases from Landlord for the term and upon the terms and <br /> conditions hereinafter set forth, the premises designated as 503 <br /> West Franklin Street, Chapel Hill, Orange County, North Carolina, <br /> as more particularly shown on EXHIBIT A-1 and A-2 appended hereto <br /> including the parking area adjacent to the building located on <br /> the premises which parking area is also shown on Exhibit , <br /> together with the right to use all driveways, sidewalks, roads, <br /> alleys and means of ingress and egress to the premises, insofar <br /> as Landlord has the power to lease or license the use thereof <br /> (all hereinafter referred to as "the Premises") . The portion of <br /> the buildinq leased that is located on the Premises contains <br /> approximately 13,232 square feet. <br /> 2. Acceptance of Premises. Landlord shall make the <br /> improvements, additions and modifications to the Premises that <br /> are specified in Exhibit Tenant accepts the Premises in its <br /> 1 <br />
