7 <br /> III. Projected Staff and Number of Clients <br /> A. DSS <br /> Staff. 4 <br /> Everyone receiving AFDC is required to participate in the Work First Program. The first <br /> phase of the program will target parents of school age children. There are approximately <br /> 750 AFDC families and 250 are in the first phase of Work First. <br /> B. DTCC <br /> Staff. 3 permanent instructors rotating <br /> It is anticipated that approximately 500 individuals will enroll in DTCC classes offered at <br /> the Center during the first academic year. <br /> C. JOCCA/JTPA <br /> Staff. 3 <br /> The projected number of clients annually is 500. <br /> D. OCLC <br /> Staff. 2 <br /> OCLC serves approximately 150-175 clients annually. This number includes several other <br /> programs as well as clients served through our Hillsborough office. It is estimated that <br /> OCLC could serve 75-100 clients through the two programs proposed for the facilities on <br /> Franklin Street. <br /> E. ESC <br /> Staff. 1 to 7 <br /> ESC currently serves approximately 5,000 clients per year with 6 to 8 staff members at any <br /> given time. All staff assigned to the Center can expect to serve a pro-rated share of clients. <br />
