Collins asked <br /> surveyor, Steve Yuhasz, the cost of submitting a <br /> concept plan. Yuhasz responded that for a 10 to 15 <br /> lot subdivision, the cost would be approximately <br /> $1,000. The addition of a second plan would <br /> increase the overall cost of plan preparation by <br /> 75%. <br /> MOTION: Katz moved that presentation of two plans be <br /> mandatory.
