Overall density (0.79 <br /> units/acre) was determined by a `yield plan" showing the number of lots <br /> achievable under a conventional layout. Approximately 51% of the entire <br /> site was preserved as open space, including 68 acres of woods and <br /> wetlands, and 145 acres of farmland. Homes will range from 2,600 to <br /> 3,700 square feet, with costs varying from $261,900 to $356,900. All lots <br /> are served by public water and sewer. <br />
