For example: <br /> The Register of Deeds office has a need to convert records on the <br /> optical imaging system after business hours when the public is not <br /> trying to access these records. <br /> As the Social Services Department begins to implement welfare <br /> reform which is focused on moving people off of welfare and into <br /> work, employees in the this department will need more frequently <br /> to make appointments to see clients after the traditional work day. <br /> There is a need for work schedules flexible enough to accommodate the <br />
