The County's last plan was approved on June 29, <br /> 1992. In order to comply with the fair housing requirements of the Community <br /> Development Block Grant Program, this update must be approved by the Board of <br /> County Commissioners and submitted to the N.C. Department of Commerce, Division <br /> of Community Assistance for approval. <br /> Recommendation: <br /> The Manager recommends approval of the Fair Housing Plan and authorizing the Chair <br /> to sign the document on behalf of the Board. <br />
