It is zoned AR and L-ENO-PW and designated Agricultural <br /> Residential and Lower Eno Protected Watershed in the Land Use Element of the <br /> Comprehensive Plan. <br /> The approved Concept Plan involved 52 lots with a total area of 81.2 acres <br /> proposed to be subdivided. This phase includes 17.30 acres. Twelve (12) lots are <br /> proposed which average 1.26 acres in size. All lots would have individual wells <br /> and septic tanks. All roads are proposed to be public. Alex Drive will be the <br /> main entrance road extending northeast from Phase 1. Settlers Trace will extend <br /> off Alex Drive to serve the individual lots. In Phase 1 Alex Drive intersected with <br /> Dumont Drive which is off the south side of Saint Mary's Road. <br /> The Planning Board approved the Concept Plan for Charles' Woods Subdivision <br /> on May 15, 1995. Phase 1 of the Preliminary Plan contained 15 lots and was <br /> approved by the Board of Commissioners on September 5, 1995. <br />
