Owners Group and member governments could prepare a workplan to <br /> implement all or parts of the integrated solid waste <br /> system selected. Implementation of the workplan would take place in the <br /> context of the pending reorganization of the Landfill Owners Group and <br /> will require all participating governments_ approval. We place a very <br /> high priority on completing and implementing a solid waste plan. <br />
