l <br /> 2/12/96 7:04 AM 8 <br /> EQUIPREP.XLS EQUIPREP <br /> Equipment and Vehicles Project <br /> Capital Project Ordinance <br /> Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 <br /> of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital project is <br /> hereby adopted. <br /> Section 1. The project authorized will provide for purchase of County-owned vehicles and major equipment. <br /> The project will be financed with proceeds from the County's portion of the one half cent sales <br /> taxes and grant funds from the North Carolina Department of Transportation. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within the <br /> budget contained herein. <br /> Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project: <br /> Transfer from County Capital Reserve Fund(1992-93) $295,300 <br /> Transfer from General Fund(1993-94) 391,615 <br /> Transfer from General Fund(1994-95) 465,229 <br /> Transfer from General Fund(1995-96) 299,415 <br /> Transfer from EMS Base 2 Project(1995-96) 10.000 <br /> Total Transfers from Other Funds $1,461,559 <br /> Intergovernmental(1992-93) $32,935 <br /> Intergovernmental(1993-94) 4,688 <br /> Intergovernmental(1994-95) 131,129 <br /> Intergovernmental(199495) 123.750 <br /> Total Intergovernmental $29Z50 <br /> County Capital Fund Balance(1994-95) 10.000 <br /> Total Revenue $1,764,061 <br /> Section 4. The following amount is appropriated for this project: <br /> Equipment and Vehicles $1,764,061 <br /> Section 5. This ordinance supersedes all previous Equipment Replacement Capital Project Ordinances. <br /> Section 6. This ordinance shall be in effect from the date of adoption until June 30, 1996. <br /> Adopted this 20th day of February 1996. <br />
