There will be no clear <br /> cutting of trees. <br /> 2. The average lot size is 2.5-acres with the minimum being 2 .0. This is more than twice the <br /> minimum requirement. <br /> 3. A total of just six households will be using this road. <br /> 4. Lots will have larger than normal setbacks, the front being 50 feet and the rear and sides 25 <br /> feet. <br /> 5. This private road will be paved. <br />
