It is zoned AR and designated Agricultural Residential in the <br /> Land Use Element of the Comprehensive Plan. Sections 1 and 2 were minor <br /> subdivisions located south and southwest of Section Three. <br /> The total acreage of Section Three is 14.96 acres. Six(6) new residential lots are <br /> proposed to be served by individual wells and septic systems. The average lot size <br /> is 2.3 acres. <br /> Access to the property is proposed from Morrow Mill Road (SR 1972)with a new <br /> private Class B road, Springfield Lane. A 1993 traffic count on Morrow Mill <br /> Road was 250 trips per day. <br />
