The business is located in a former <br /> farm building on a historic property known as <br /> Sunnyside. The non-residential use of the <br /> property is currently in violation of the Zoning <br /> Ordinance. However, non-residential use of <br /> historic structures is allowed with approval of a <br /> Special Use Permit . <br /> The Baldwin property is located on the northwest <br /> corner of St . Mary' s Road and Baldwin Road. It <br /> consists of two parcels (5 .14 . .21 & 21A) totalling <br /> 56 .24 acres . Reba and Roses is located on a five- <br /> acre portion of lot 21 . The property is zoned <br /> Agricultural Residential . Other features of the <br /> property include the historic residence and <br /> smokehouse, and a chestnut tree orchard. Beef <br /> cattle are also raised on the property. <br />
