The Manager <br /> suggests that the Board conduct a public hearing on this matter at the <br /> February 20 meeting, and depending on public input received, consider <br /> making a decision immediately after the public hearing, or at a <br /> subsequent date, on whether t'O increase the occupancy tax rate. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Manager recommends that the Board schedule a <br /> public hearing on this matter for 7 : 30pm on Tuesday, February 20, at <br /> the OWASA Community Room on Jones Ferry Road in Carrboro. <br />
