EXHIBIT C <br /> Insurance Reauirementg <br /> The County shall obtain such insurance or evidence of insurance as <br /> Lender may reasonably require, including, but not limited to, the <br /> following: <br /> 1. Builder' s Risk Insurance. Builder' s risk insurance <br /> with standard non-contributing mortgagee clauses and standard <br /> waiver of subrogation clauses, such insurance to be in such <br /> amounts and form and by such companies as shall be approved by <br /> Lender, certificates of which policies (together with <br /> appropriate endorsements thereto, evidence of payment of <br /> premiums thereon and written agreement by the insurer or <br /> insurers therein to give Lender thirty (30) days' prior <br /> written notice of intention to cancel or modify) shall be <br /> promptly delivered to Lender, said insurance coverage to be <br /> kept in full force and effect at all times until the insurance <br /> described in the following subparagraphs is obtained. <br /> 2 . _Hazard Insurance. Fire and extended coverage <br /> insurance, and such other hazard insurance as Lender may <br /> require with standard non-contributing mortgagee clauses and <br /> standard waiver of subrogation clauses, such insurance to be <br /> in such amounts and forth and by such companies as shall be <br /> approved by Lender, the certificates or originals of which <br /> policies (together with appropriate endorsements thereto, <br /> evidence of payment of premiums thereon and written agreement <br /> by the insurer or insurers therein to give Lender thirty (30) <br /> days' prior written notice of intention to cancel or modify) <br /> shall be promptly delivered to Lender upon completion of <br /> construction of the Project and before any portion of the <br /> Project is occupied by the County or any other person or <br /> entity, with such insurance to be kept in full force and <br /> effect at all times thereafter until the repayment in full of <br /> the Financing Proceeds. <br /> 3 . Public Liability an Worker's Compensation Insurance. <br /> Certificates from insurance companies indicating that the <br /> County and the general contractor employed in connection with <br /> the construction of the Project are covered by public <br /> liability and worker's compensation insurance to the <br /> satisfaction of Lender. <br /> 24 <br />
