OPENING REMARKS FROM THE CHAIR <br /> 33 Chair Carey welcomed everyone to the meeting. He mentioned that everyone, including <br /> 34 staff, who wished to speak on the Special Use Permit (C.3.a) would be sworn in prior to giving <br /> 35 testimony-.- He-stated-that Bill Waddell, Chair of the Planning Board, would serve as the Chair <br /> 36 for all items on the agenda, with the exception of the request for a Special Use Permit for Reba <br /> 37 and Roses. <br /> 38 <br /> 39 PUBLIC CHARGE <br /> 40 Chair Carey dispensed with the reading of the public charge. <br /> 41 <br /> 42 C PUBLIC HEARING <br /> 43 1.
