4
2
i
Triangle J Council of Governments has agreed to include Cedar Grove Day
Care, Cedar Grove Head Start and OPC Mental Health under the County's
agreement with Triangle J because these agencies are driving vehicles
owned by Orange County. The County will invoice and collect payment
from each agency on a quarterly basis for the number of tests performed on
the specific agency employees. The inclusion of these agencies under the
County's agreement with Triangle J has no adverse impact on the County's
cost for drug and alcohol testing.
RECOMMENDATION: The Manager recommends the Board authorize the inclusion of Cedar
Grove Day Care, Cedar Grove Head Start and OPC Mental Health under
Orange County's agreement of participation with the Triangle J Council of
Governments Safety Services Consortium For Local Governments.
