When Mr. Jones applied <br /> for a building permit, the zoning oversight was <br /> discovered by the Planning Staff. No statements <br /> were made in opposition to the rezoning request. <br /> The Planning Staff recommends approval of the <br /> rezoning request per findings. Compliance with <br /> Federal and State Building codes is a requirement <br /> of Special Use Permit approval. The applicant is <br /> in the process of obtaining certification from a <br /> registered engineer regarding the integrity of <br /> the structure. After review of this information <br /> by the Orange County Inspections Division, the <br /> applicant will be notified of any required <br /> improvements to the structural and physically <br /> handicapped accessibility requirements. These <br /> improvements must be completed before the Special <br /> Use Permit may be recorded. <br />
