Boundaries of the Historic Rogers Road Neighborhood: <br />35 <br />For the purposes of the Historic Rogers Road Neighborhood Task Force, the <br />Neighborhood will be defined as the area identified by the September, 2011 map <br />identifying available water service and approved for water service improvements by the <br />Orange County Board of Commissioners on October 4, 2011. See below, Exhibit 1, <br />OWASA Water Service in Rogers Road Vicinity as of September, 2011 Map. <br />Exhibit 1 <br />SEWER SERVICE <br />The first task of the Historic Rogers Road Neighborhood Task Force is to investigate the <br />possibility of providing sewer service to the Historic Rogers Road Neighborhood as <br />defined by the previously approved public water connections in the area. <br />Assessment of Septic System Service in the Rogers Road Neighborhood: <br />The County completed a survey of the Rogers Road Neighborhood in February, 2010. <br />See Appendix A.
