12 <br />The total construction and installation cost for the sewer concept is currently estimated <br />to be $5.8 million. See the table below. It would serve 86 additional parcels of land. <br />The concept costs include construction, engineering design, administration and <br />contingency for possible rock. The topography of the neighborhood is complex and the <br />land falls in several different directions. This concept plan does not include the costs of <br />any property acquisitions or easement acquisitions. Those costs will vary depending on the configuration of the lot and the distance <br />from the house to the main sewer line. Those costs are typically the costs of the <br />homeowner and are estimated to be about $20 /foot.
