14. Review and determine the acceptability of any schedules that Contractor is <br />required to submit to Engineer, including Progress Schedule, Schedule of <br />Submittals and Schedule of Values. <br />15. Prepare certifications of completion for submission to NCDENR Division of <br />Infrastructure for final approvals, as necessary. <br />16. Prepare for the Owner record drawings showing those changes made during the <br />construction process, based on the marked -up prints, drawings and other data <br />furnished. Provide to Owner and Mebane two (2) printed copies and one (1) <br />electronic PDF copies of record drawings. <br />17. Provide or make available all Project files and information to effect project closeout. <br />
