Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) of 2.0% for all permanent employees hired on or <br /> 17 before June 30, 2013, effective July 1, 2013. <br /> 18 b. Increase the salary range maximums by 2.5% to allow those employees at or <br /> 19 exceeding the range to receive the 2.0% COLA. <br /> 20 c. An Employee Performance Award in the amount of$500 (proficient performance) or <br /> 21 $1,000 (exceptional performance), effective with WPPR review dates from July 1, <br /> 22 2013 to June 30, 2014. <br /> 23 d. Continue the $27.50 per pay period County contribution to non-law enforcement <br /> 24 employees' supplemental retirement accounts and implement a County match of up to <br /> 25 $46.15 per pay period of each employee's salary; continue the mandated Law <br /> 26 Enforcement Officer contribution of 5.0% of salary; and increase the County's <br /> 27 contribution to the Local Governmental Employees' Retirement System (LGERS) for <br /> 28 all permanent employees. <br /> 29 e. Funding to address an employee health insurance increase up to 8.0% over current <br /> 30 premiums, effective January 1, 2014. <br /> 31 f. Maintaining the Living Wage at $10.97 per hour. <br /> 32 g. Extending the six-month hiring delay and the voluntary furlough program. <br /> 33 h.
