Ii i <br />Animal Control Ordinance <br />(3) The name, address and telephone number of the location to which the animal will <br />be taken for the following five days. <br />(4) The name, address and telephone number of the collector. <br />(5) The name, address and telephone number of the person surrendering the animal. <br />(b) A written report containing the information in subsection (a) of this section shall be <br />delivered by the person collecting the animals to Animal Services within 24 hours of <br />the surrender of the animal. <br />(c) A record shall be kept of the disposition of every animal collected. <br />(d) Every collector shall maintain a copy of all receipts and disposition records for one <br />year. <br />(Ord. of 6 -16 -1987, § XX(A) (3), eff. 1 -1 -1988) 14 <br />Sec. 4 -100. - Quality assurance program. <br />A quality assurance program to ensure adherence to this division shall be carried <br />out within the animal control division. <br />(Ord. of 6-16-198 7, § XX(B), eff. 1 -1 -1988) <br />r <br />Sec. 4 -101. - Application and enforcement of division. <br />The Animal Services Director shall be responsible for the full and proper <br />application of this division.
