lq <br /> County Facilities Roofing Projects <br /> Capital Project Ordinance <br /> Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 <br /> of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital project is hereby <br /> adopted. <br /> Section 1. The project authorized provides funds to conduct a study on the maintenance and <br /> replacement schedule including cost estimates on the roofs of all County Buildings. <br /> The money appropriated will address high priority projects like Whiffed Human Services, <br /> Animal Control Building, The Jail and the house located on the Southern Human Services <br /> Campus. This project will be financed by proceeds from the County's portion of the one-half <br /> cent sales taxes. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within the budget <br /> contained herein. <br /> Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project: <br /> Through FY Through FY <br /> 1998-99 FY 1999-00 1999-00 <br /> Sales Tax $473,000 $110,000 $583,000 <br /> Bond Funds $0 $0 $0 <br /> Private Placement $0 $0 $0 <br /> Fees $0 $0 $0 <br /> Other $0 $0 $0 <br /> Total Funding $473,000 1 $110,000 $583,000 <br /> Section 4. The following amount is appropriated for this project: <br /> Through FY Through FY <br /> 1998-99 FY 1999-00 1999-00 <br /> Land/Building $0 $0 $0 <br /> Design $43,000 $10,000 $53,000. <br /> Construction $0 $0 $0 <br /> Other 1 $430,000 $100,000 1 $530,000 <br /> Total Costs 1 $473,000 $110,000 1 $583,000 <br /> Section 5. This ordinance shall remain in effect from July 1, 1998 until June 30,2000. <br /> Section 6. This ordinance supersedes all previous County Facilities Roofing Projects Capital Project <br /> Ordinances. <br /> Adopted this third day of November 1999. <br />
