DocuSign Envelope ID:A2FDOFBC-4E1A-4308-A742-DE124C847BB6 <br /> Citrix XenApp vDisk Build <br /> • Provision the existing CTRXXENAPP1 server as a vDisk <br /> • Install latest PVS target device software and any post-PVS 6.1 hotfixes <br /> • Create image <br /> • Deploy multiple images from the new vDisk and educate Customer on how to create and deploy <br /> XenApp servers using Provisioning Server <br /> Citrix NetScaler and Storefront Integration <br /> • Orange County- IT Department will have two(2)Windows Server 2008 R2 deployed with the <br /> following specs to assume the role of the Citrix Storefront Servers prior to Varrow coming onsite <br /> ■ 2 vCPUs <br /> ■ 4GB RAM <br /> ■ 40GB System Partition <br /> ■ *Note: This server will be on the domain with a static IP address <br /> • Install and configure Citrix Storefront on two(2)servers in a redundant configuration <br /> ■ An additional SSL Certificate will need to be requested for Citrix Storefront <br /> « Varrow will export the existing Web Interface SSL Certificate and import that to the NetScaler for <br /> Remote access <br /> « Configure NetScaler Access Gateway vServer and policies for remote access <br /> • Configure Load Balanced XML services with Health Checking on existing NetScaler <br /> • Configure Load Balanced Storefront Services with Health Checking on existing NetScaler <br /> ■ Become aware with specific IP requirements and firewall changes needed prior to onsite <br /> services <br /> Citrix Desktop Appliance Lock Deployment <br /> • Orange County - IT Department will have a Windows XP client machine for Desktop Appliance <br /> lock testing <br /> • Demonstrate how to configure and deploy Citrix Desktop Appliance <br /> Project Management <br /> Varrow will provide project control and oversight for the project duration, project management activities <br /> include: <br /> • Creating a plan and schedule for the engagement's installation and configuration tasks, discussing <br /> potential planned downtime windows and planning for proper change control procedures to be <br /> engaged <br /> • Working with Customer to develop success criteria for the project <br /> • Scheduling and holding all project meetings including pre-installation, post-installation and <br /> throughout installation <br /> • Keeping Customer informed of the project status with daily work logs and periodic project updates <br /> 2.2 DELIVERABLES <br /> Varrow will provide the following deliverables during the course of this project: <br /> • Daily work logs <br /> • As-built documentation for all services <br /> 2.3 STANDARD OF CARE <br /> 2.3.1 The Provider shall exercise reasonable care and diligence in performing services under this <br /> Agreement in accordance with the highest generally accepted standards of this type of Provider <br /> practice throughout the United States and in accordance with applicable federal, state and local <br /> laws and regulations applicable to the performance of these services.
