The tract currently is fallow cropland. <br /> Zoning: <br /> • The property and all surrounding properties lie within Orange County's jurisdiction and <br /> are zoned AR(LITTLE-PW)Agricultural-Residential (Little River Protected Watershed) <br /> in accordance with the adopted Land Use Element of the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> • The minimum lot size is two acres. <br />
