ADMINISTRATION RECOMMENDATION 11 <br /> Orange County Zoning Ordinance <br /> Section 22 Definitions <br /> Amended Flexible Development-A subdivision in which greater flexibility and design <br /> 7-1-96 creativity is,encouraged and allowed to preserve agricultural and forestry lands, <br /> natural and.cultural features, and rural community character that might otherwise <br /> be lost through development approaches. At lease one-third (33%) of the land <br /> within a Flexible Development.subdivision must be set aside. as open space; <br /> whisk . A greater percentage of open space may be required based on the <br /> density requirements, in certain overlay zoning districts, In Cane Creek, <br /> watershed: at least 50% of the land within a Flexible Development <br /> subdivision must be set aside as open space.
