Smithwick <br /> (Insurance Agent)the following have been agreed upon: <br /> 1. Worker's Compensation <br /> (a) Statutory Coverage for North Carolina <br /> (b) Employer's Liability: 100,000. Per Accident <br /> 500,000. Disease Policy Limit <br /> 100,000. Disease Each Employee <br /> 2. Commercial General Liability <br /> (a) 1,000,000. General Aggregate <br /> 1,000,000. Products and Completed Operations Aggregate <br /> 500,000. Personal & Advertising Injury <br /> 500,000. Each Occurrence <br /> 50,000. Fire Damage Limit (any one fire) <br /> 5,000. Medical Expense Limit (any one person) <br /> (c) Products and Completed Operations Insurance shall be maintained for a <br /> minimum period of one (1) year after final payment and the Contractor shall <br /> continue to provide evidence of such coverage to the Owner on an annual <br /> basis during the aforementioned period. <br /> 3.
