The school currently operates under a Class A Special Use Permit due to the type <br /> and size of the sewage disposal system and the use of multiple structures. The Special Use <br /> Permit was originally issued in 1990 and was modified in 1992 and 1993. The proposed <br /> modification is for additional floor area to expand several exisitng structures, and a <br /> previously-approved library/arts building. The total proposed increase in floor area is 6100 <br /> square feet. Enrollment will not be increased. <br /> The specific proposals described in this notice are available for public inspection at the Orange <br /> County Planning Department. <br /> All interested citizens are invited to attend this hearing and be heard. Public comment will be <br /> received during the public hearing.
