Securing Subdivision Improvements <br /> The proposed amendment is technical in nature to provide clarity and <br /> cohesiveness to subdivision regulations pertaining to road improvements. <br /> New text is proposed to specify requirements for the content of <br /> construction estimates and financial guarantees submitted when <br /> improvements are not completed prior to Final plat approval. The <br /> Planning Staff consulted with the County Attorney and County engineer in <br /> developing the proposed amendment. <br /> 3.
