Mr. Tapp is 66 years old, Mrs. Tapp is 60 years old.
• This property has been in the Tapp family for over 70 years. It has never
been used for "neighborhood commercial" purposes.
• Notwithstanding the NC-2 zoning classification, the property currently has no
viable neighborhood commercial use. It does not have water and sewer.
While it sits between I-40 and a railroad track, it does not have access to I-40
and derives no benefit from the railroad.
• The property cannot be put to use for neighborhood commercial purposes in
the foreseeable future:
JJH04932.T51
