We understand the applicant requests a <br /> rezoning from Neighborhood Commercial-2 to Rural Buffer for <br /> approximately 4.8 acres, on Mill House Road. <br /> Although the proposed rezoning appears to be in accordance with <br /> the Rural Buffer designation on the Joint Planning Land Use Plan, <br /> we do have concerns associated with the range of uses allowed in <br /> the Rural Buffer zoning district. We believe telecommunication <br /> towers are allowed in the Rural Buffer district, and not allowed <br /> in the Neighborhood Commercial-2 district.
