w <br /> New High School Project- East Chapel Hill High '4 <br /> Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools } <br /> Capital Project Ordinance <br /> Project Number 64-880-7112 <br /> Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 of <br /> Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital project is hereby adopted. <br /> Section 1. The project authorized provides for construction of a high school with a capacity of <br /> approximately 1,000 students, including core facilities for 1,500 students, to be located on 74 acres of <br /> land. This project will be financed with proceeds from the 1992 Bond Referendum, impact fees, and <br /> proceeds from the Schools' portion of the one half cent sales taxes. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within the <br /> budget contained herein. <br /> Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project: <br /> 1992 Bond Proceeds(1992-93) $3,642,000 <br /> 1992 Bond Proceeds(1993-94) $738,000 <br /> 1992 Bond Proceeds(199¢95) $17.620.000 <br /> Total Bond Proceeds $22,000,000 <br /> Transfer from General Fund(1995-96) $438604 <br /> Transfer from General Fund(1996-97) $23,139 <br /> TransferfromI"t,AY Fee Fund(1996-97) S250,000 <br /> Total Transfers from Uther Fiords $711,743 <br /> Public School Brdld i W Fund $315,465 <br /> Total Revenue $23,027,208 <br /> Section 4. The following amount is appropriated for this project: <br /> New High School $23,027,208 <br /> Section 5. This ordinance supersedes all previous New High School Capital Project Ordinances for <br /> the Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools System. <br /> Section 6.
