The <br /> classes will be taught in Microsoft Windows, Windows 95, <br /> Windows NT and Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, <br /> PowerPoint, Access) . The classes will be conducted in <br /> space provided by the County utilizing equipment, trainers <br /> and course materials provided by the successful vendor. <br /> Orange County' s needs were identified and specifications <br /> were developed by County Staff. Proposals were solicited <br /> from five vendors. Three bidders responded. A tabulation <br /> is attached. New Horizon Computer Learning Center of <br /> Durham, North Carolina provided the lowest responsible <br /> proposal at a cost of $745. 00 for a class size of twelve. <br /> RECOMMENDATION• Authorize the Manager to award the RFP to New Horizon <br /> Computer Learning Center of Durham at a cost of $745. 00 per <br /> class and authorize the manager to sign a contract with New <br /> Horizon Computer Learning Center pending staff and Attorney <br /> approval. <br />
