Larger additions are added in this option to not <br />only replace the buildings that have been deconstructed but <br />increase the student capacity. This option provides a 50+ year <br />solution. <br />TOTAL PROJECT COST: <br />$22,537,891 (Low) to $37,144,826 (High) <br />New square footage = 50,540sf <br />Total campus square footage including new addition = 291,651 sf <br />Increased capacity to 1625 by adding 105 seats <br />
