A master plan process would be <br />initiated in 2014, prior to this trail construction, to specifically identify the trail location and develop a plan for implementation and operation. Lands would be acquired <br />(voluntarily) using the Lands Legacy Program Funds. (Note: The Seven Mile Creek Preserve portion includes a segment of the MST, and that trail segment is part of the <br />Upper Eno Nature Preserve project). <br />E, H <br />
