Develop/enact design processes to ensure that Kidzu's exhibits and <br /> Educational facility incorporate products and input from a range of community <br /> Experiences.Develop artists,craftspeople,and other individuals&organizations,including <br /> a significantly larger children(in progress) <br /> museum with a set of 1-5. Conduct exhibit design process,including exhibit prototyping <br /> dynamic exhibits and 1-6. Conduct educational planning,including piloting select programs and <br /> playful educational other educational initiatives,especially those with community partners <br /> experiences that (in progress) <br /> support Kidzu's 1-7. Engage educational/creative advisors to ensure that the new museum <br /> educational vision, is: (in progress) <br /> meet the informal --Designed and planned to maximize Kidzu's potential to fulfill its <br /> learning needs of vision for educational innovation with academic and community <br /> Kidzu's target collaborators <br /> audience,including --Designed and planned to engage and celebrate diverse families <br /> those in need,and that including children and families in need and those with special needs <br /> celebrate our 1-8. Secure necessary permits and approvals <br /> community 1-9. Construct new museum facility <br /> 2. Enhance Fundraising 2-1. Collaborate with newly-hired campaign consultants and volunteer <br /> Capacity and professional campaign advisors to: <br /> Financial 2-1.1.1.Update development plan for raising remaining funds(in progress) <br /> Sustainability. 2-1.1.2.Continue recruiting capital campaign cabinet members (in progress) <br /> Enhance and expand 2-1.1.3.Implement campaign fundraising training for new cabinet members <br /> fundraising capacity; 2-1.1.4.Continue raising funds for new museum with an immediate focus on <br /> Maximize financial meeting next challenge grant fundraising goals (in progress) <br /> sustainability of current 2-2. Plan new museum to maximize financial sustainability with ample <br /> site and new museum exhibits,programming, and public spaces to engage a broad age range, <br /> encourage repeat visits,and keep the museum fresh and engaging, <br /> maximizing attendance and encouraging diverse revenue streams(in <br /> progress) <br /> 2-3. Sustain Kidzu's small museum/educational services during the new <br /> museum transition(in progress) <br /> 3. Expand and Diversify 3-1. Secure support to hire additional team members to assist with new <br /> Kidzu's Team museum planning,preparations,and fundraising(in progress) <br /> 3-2. Explore strategies to expand/enhance volunteer corps (in progress) <br /> Create Diversity Committee or similar group charged with developing <br /> strategies to enhance team diversity <br /> 4.
