This <br /> facility would not accept mixed solid waste. <br /> • Centralized composting facility for composting of some yard <br /> waste products and other compostables such as non-marketable, <br /> residual paper sorted out from Materials Recovery Facility. <br /> We note that Triangle J Council of Governments is working with <br /> area waste water treatment plants to develop a biosolids <br /> (sewage sludge) composting facility that could accept other <br />
