The <br /> service will be available to the residents in the 124 apartments at this site. <br /> This service will be provided at no cost to the residents. The hourly cost, which will be <br /> billed to your company, is estimated to be $40-70, again pending board approval. <br /> I look forward to our working together in the near future.
