Support Services <br /> Describe in Exhibit P any project design features or services specific to the site, or specific to the <br /> residents, such as on-site daycare, employment counseling, financial counseling, home-ownership <br /> counseling, meals, transportation, etc., that will be available to project occupants. Provide an estimate <br /> of the number of households or persons to be served by the services. Also identify how the services <br /> will be funded. Indicate whether there will be a cost to the tenant for the service. Provide letters from <br /> each service provider to confirm the availability of the identified services. Please do NOT include <br /> information on services generally available in the community, such as Department of Social Services or <br /> Department of Mental Health. <br /> All elderly projects must have support services plans. <br /> K.
