Y4 <br /> Department of Social Services. Any changes in this agreement to add personnel will <br /> require the approval of the Orange County Board of Social Services and County <br /> Commissioners. <br /> 7. This Agreement shall be for the term July 1, 1996 to June 30, 1997. <br /> 8. It is the intention of the parties that this Agreement be reviewed annually, as near <br /> July 1 st of each year as possible, and may be terminated by either party upon 60 days <br /> •r <br /> written notice but preferably at the beginning of each fiscal year. <br /> For the purpose of notice, the respective parties shall be served by certified or <br /> registered mail, return receipt requested, addressed to Orange County or the University <br /> of North Carolina Hospitals at the address listed below: <br /> Orange County <br /> c/o Orange Director of Social Services <br /> P. The Agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties and shall not be <br /> altered, amended or modified, except by an agreement in writing executed by the duly <br /> authorized officials of both parties. <br /> IN WITNESS.WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this contract to be signed by <br /> its duly authorized officials. <br />
