The Firm of Northen, Blue, Rooks, Thibaut, Anderson <br /> and Woods, L.L.P. has represented the DSS for approximately 16 years. Ms. Carol <br /> Holcomb is the attorney who works with the Department. In addition to being an expert <br /> in Juvenile Law, she has a Masters Degree in Social Work which makes her an invaluable <br /> asset as she represents the agency in Juvenile Court. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): <br /> The Manager recommends approval of the Agreement for Fiscal Year 1996-97. <br />
