This change was rcquested by <br /> Planning Department staff to allow mondtily meeting data to be distributed more evenly <br /> throughout the month,and to facilitate a proposed change to the Planning Board's monthly meeting <br /> date. <br /> As stated in their Rules of Procedure,the HPC may act to change its meeting date.
