2 <br /> E.♦ <br /> A draft joint funding agreement specifying the conditions of the funding <br /> arrangement and the expected project costs has been prepared by the County <br /> Attorney. The draft agreement has been reviewed and forwarded by the SOCF <br /> Steering Committee,and is now being forwarded to the three elected boards <br /> respective attorneys for review and action. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends that the draft agreement be referred to the <br /> County Attorney for further review,to be presented to the Board for adoption on <br /> August 5, 1996. <br />
