The Register of Deeds submitted to Personnel <br /> updated position descriptions for each of the 14 positions involved. <br /> Personnel now has completed the requested review which included <br /> individual interviews with each employee involved as to the duties and <br /> responsibilities. Based on the classification analysis of the current <br /> duties and responsibilities being performed, it is recommended that the <br /> salary grade assignments for the Deputy Register of Deeds I, II and III <br /> classes be revised as noted above and on the Attachment. <br /> These recommendations result from the following: <br /> 1.
