� 11 <br /> May 31, 1996 <br /> The Board of County Commissioners <br /> Page 8 <br /> Schedule of the Audit <br /> Our audit is scheduled for performance and completion as follows: <br /> Begin Complete <br /> Audit Performance.Schedule: <br /> Interim June 10, 1996 June 21, 1996 <br /> Year-end August 5, 1996 September 20, 1996 <br /> Audit Communications: <br /> Report on Audit of Financial Statements October, 1996 <br /> Other Communications <br /> Reportable Conditions, if any October, 1996 <br /> The fees indicated below anticipate assistance to be supplied by your personnel, including the <br /> preparation of schedules,analyses of accounts, and drafting of the comprehensive annual financial <br /> report(incorporating appropriate GASB pronouncements), which have been discussed with Mr. Ken <br /> Chavious, Finance Director. Meeting the dates for preparation of schedules and the report, as <br /> outlined on your client participation schedule, is crucial to our timely completion of the audit. If, for <br /> any reason, any of these items will not be completed by the due dates, you should notify us <br /> immediately to determine how to proceed, if our assistance will be needed, and to discuss any <br /> additional fees that may be necessary. <br /> We are, of course, available to assist you in other areas that might arise. <br /> Our fees are based on the amount of time required at various levels of responsibility,plus actual out- <br /> of-pocket expenses (travel,typing,telephone, etc.). We estimate that our total fees for this audit, <br /> including out-of-pocket costs,will be$58,250.
