This year marks the sixth <br /> consecutive year that the Budget staff - Budget <br /> Director Sally Kost and Budget & Management Analyst <br /> Donna Dean - have published a budget document that <br /> meets GFOA criteria as a policy document, as an <br /> operations guide, as a financial plan and as a <br /> communication device. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Manager recommends that the Board recognize the <br /> achievement of the Orange County Budget Office and <br /> present the GFOA plaque to the Budget staff. <br />
