19 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />Past Service on Orange County Advisory Boards: <br />None <br />Scott Goldsmith <br />Other Comments: <br />I have extensive training in EEO and Employment law and am a court trained mediator. I <br />have represented the Federal Government in numerous EEO and employment cases. I <br />have also mediated some of these cases and, at the Defense Dependents Schools and <br />the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts, I developed various EEO related plans and <br />training materials and trained individuals concerning EEO requirements. <br />As a member of the Commission I can bring my knowledge of the various EEO related <br />statutes to the table.
