Board Comments (Three Minute Limit Per Commissioner) <br /> Chair Jacobs noted that many members wanted to act on things before the break; <br /> therefore he is willing to entertain motions under board comments <br /> Commissioner Gordon, said this should only happen in the case of emergencies, not <br /> for regular action items. <br /> Commissioner Pelissier said the Partnership to End Homelessness is starting to look at <br /> emergency sheltering needs. She said this has not been happening because the partnership <br /> has been in the process of creating a new revised plan, which will be presented this fall. <br /> Commissioner Dorosin said he sent an email earlier in the day, regarding Rogers Road. <br /> He said there has not been time for a detailed discussion yet, and the task force will be <br /> meeting while the Board is on break. He suggested that it would be helpful to the task force if <br /> the Board could give them some general guidance on providing sewer infrastructure to this <br /> area.
