A motion was made by Commissioner McKee, seconded by Commissioner Gordon to appoint Keith Cook as Chair to the Orange County Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Board for one year. VOTE: UNANIMOUS d. Animal Services Advisory Board —Appointments The Board considered making appointments to the Animal Services Advisory Board. A motion was made by Commissioner Gordon, seconded by Commissioner Rich to appoint Judy Miller to a first full term expiring June 30, 2016, in position # 9-Animal Advocacy. VOTE: UNANIMOUS A motion was made by Commissioner Gordon, seconded by Commissioner Rich to appoint Jenn Merritt to a first full term expiring June 30, 2016, in position # 12, Animal Handler. VOTE: UNANIMOUS A motion was made by Commissioner Gordon seconded by Commissioner Rich to appoint Dr. DeWana Anderson effective July 1, 2013 to a first full term expiring June 30, 2016, in position # 2, Veterinarian. VOTE: UNANMOUS A motion was made by Chair Jacobs, seconded by Commissioner McKee to appoint Marshall Morris to position #7 —to a first full term expiring June 30, 2016. VOTE: UNANIMOUS e. Orange County Arts Commission —Appointments The Board considered making appointments to the Orange County Arts Commission. A motion was made by Commissioner Gordon, seconded by Commissioner McKee to appoint Christopher Wehrman to a first partial term expiring 03/31/2014, in position # 9, At- Large. VOTE: UNANIMOUS A motion was made by Commissioner Gordon, seconded by Commissioner McKee to appoint Deborah Hepp to a first full term expiring 03/31/2016, in position # 15, At-Large. VOTE: UNANIMOUS Chair Jacobs said that this board needed to focus on recruiting more diversity for this board. f.
